What is the S&I Survey? It is a survey to help determine how many folk after being exposed to Essential Oils are or have become allergic to one or more AND to those who may have experienced irritation in the forms of rashes, burns, redness etc.

If you answer YES (no's can also add comments ;-) )in anyway, PLEASE place your answers and then in the comments section (which comes after placing your vote) add any pertinent information, such as how long you were using essential oils before experiencing any sensitization and if was by inhalation use, using them neat for a little or a long time and if it's only one oil (and which one) or several.

One last little note, despite my best efforts, only ONE answer can be checked. PLEASE add any comments you might have, especially if more than one answer fits you better.
