Beyond Aromatherapy -continued

The Australian Native Tree Essences at http://www.adweb.com.au/sabian/flower htm consist of the healing vibrations of 13 native trees. There is a chart that gives the basic healing quality of each tree along with its color, spirit and Overseeing Deva. They are also related to the moon cycles and human chakras. Collectively they are called the Self-Growth Essences.

The Environmental Essences from http://www.earthspirit.com.au/usingthe.htm contain unique vibrational healing qualities that are imprinted from a powerful sacred site or during a unique earth, celestial or elemental event. By attuning to the energies within the environment and working in co-operation with the devas and elementals, these energetic patterns are imprinted on water. No physical properties are used in preparation of these essences. Natural spring water or water collected from the source acts as a conductor of the energy, and a small amount of alcohol is added as a vibrational preservative. Some of the essences are winter solstice, spring
equinox, storm, lunar and solar eclipse and even one made at the stadium during the Olympic games called Olympiad.

Pegasus Products (http://www.pegasusproducts.com ) have some very unique essence made from the energy of shapes! These include the cube, dodecahedron icosahedrons, octahedron and tetrahedron. They also have essences made with the vibrations of different gasses! Some of these are argon, carbon dioxide, helium, neon, etc. Then there are those with the essences of stars and planets. Gurudas (the maker) was a pioneer of essence making, having written many books on the subject. This is a huge site, well worth spending some time at as there are well over a thousand essences.

Water Song Essences at www.watersongsanctuary.com come from a 7 acre sanctuary by Boulder, Colorado. The essences here are based on earth and animal energies. There is a good selection of insect essences, animal, tree and plant (flower) essences, mineral, bird, earth locations and energy essences. This maker was influenced by Machaelle Small Wright, the woman who pioneered working with nature spirits.

You can see by this short list that there are now many essences besides flowers that can help you in your quest for health and happiness. These essences are just as powerful as flower essences. There are so many different types of these essences that I would suggest that you start out the same way you did with flower essences. Choose something that calls to you, or that you feel comfortable with. For example: take your favorite wild animal,  like the wolf. Go to the companies that have animal essences and read the
descriptions of their wolf essence. Then experiment with that energy for a while.

From there you might want to try more animal essences, or move on to something else familiar like butterflies or hummingbirds. There are many essence companies to choose from that carry these. After this you may want to venture out and explore the other new realms of essences. I am particularly drawn to gas essences! Perhaps youd prefer to try a shape (cube, etc.) essence or location essence. Maybe a weather essence would be more healing to you.

These essences open up new worlds of possibilities. It should be telling you that ANY type of object that you are drawn to can contain a vibrational energy that is there to help you, to be of service to you in some way. You could sit with your favorite object, become still inside, and see what vibration or message comes to you from the object. This is the pure vibrational, spiritual "medicine" that Shamans all over the world have practiced since time began. Open your beliefs, develop your intuition and start experimenting on your own.
