Thank you for the article called Breaking the Silence.  I have heard many of these things prior to reading the article, and have been concerned that the actions of Mr. Young discredit authentic aromatherapy.  But I am also concerned that what could be interpreted as "hear-say" from an anonymous/disgruntled source could also discredit the authentic aromatherapy community.

Letter to the Editor:

After having spent considerable time and energy over the past several
years foraging for the truth about Gary Young, I am grateful for the brave
person who has spoken up to expose his lies.  I can verify much of what this
person has written, especially regarding the criminal action in Spokane
County, which I have official case reports and all city/county case numbers for. 

I have also spoken to an x-associate of Gary in California whose story 
collaborates the information for those years.  I also know one of the 
wives the author speaks of, and again, the information she has provided me 
matches this source.
Those of us on the YL hit list are vindicated, and we were right to 
stick to our guns.
